With successful completion of the course you’ll be awarded the AIDA 3 certification, a testament of your advanced freediving skills!

After successful completion of the course
you will be able to…
- Do a static breath hold of minimum 2:45 minutes
- Dive 55 meters distance in DYN (Dynamic Apnea)
- Dive 24 meters deep in CWT (Constant Weight)
- Perform deep rescue skills

Course Structure
The course takes place over four days, during which we gradually build up your depth, technique, relaxation, and understanding through both advanced theory and practical sessions.

Who can join the Advanced Freediving Course?
For the Advanced Freediving Course you have to be over 18 years old.
(16 & 17 with parental agreement) and have successfully completed the AIDA 2 Beginner Freediver Course.
If you did a course with another freediving school that does not certify with AIDA, there is the option to do a crossover evaluation. Please reach out to us for details.
Where will the Advanced Freediving Course take place?
Ibiza offers amazing freediving locations, and because it is an island, we are lucky to be able to choose the most optimal locations depending on the wind, waves and weather conditions. With 300 days of sunshine, we will almost always find a perfect freediving spot.
The locations will be communicated close to the dates of the course.
What skills are required to become a certified AIDA 3 Freediver?
There are a few skills required to become an AIDA 3 certified advanced Freediver – but don’t worry!
Together we will practice all the necessary skills and you will master them in no time.
- Static Breath hold of minimum 2:45 minutes
- Diving 55m distance in DYN (Dynamic Apnea)
- Diving 24m deep in CWT (Constant Weight)
- Demonstration of deep rescue skills
- Passing of the final written exam
If you should need more time to practice the skills, you can join our weekly freediving sessions. Everyone learns and progresses in their own time
