Who cain join this course?

Everyone above 18 years who is interested in freediving!
(16 & 17 with parental agreement).

To start the course, you should able to swim at least 100 meters non-stop comfortably and be in good health.

Where will the course take place?

The locations for the course are flexible and chosen based on optimal conditions.

The workshops, theory session and pool session can be arranged at your hotel or villa in Ibiza or at one of the many olympic sized indoor pools, which are very suitable for freedive training in Ibiza.

The location of the open water session depends on the wind and waves, and will be decided closer to the date of the course.

When we first talked about it, my response was, “I’d rather die than try freediving!” But this is exactly where Anna’s strengths shine: her deep knowledge, her compassion, and the way she gently took every fear away. Thanks to her, I’ve found a whole new way to connect with the ocean that I never knew I was missing. I’ve lived near the coast for 14 years, but I didn’t realize how profound it could be to experience that ‘blue mind’ feeling of holding my breath underwater. Without Anna’s skill, patience, and empathy, I’d never have discovered this. I still hear her voice guiding me, and I can’t recommend freediving with Anna highly enough.
